Since we won’t meet next Wednesday, it being Christmas Eve, after all…this is it!
Some of us have gotten all our Christmas knitting done, packaged up, and mailed.
And Rachel will be mailing this to her dad tomorrow:
Meanwhile, Ethel is already lining up After-Christmas Knitting projects.
And she wore these earrings that she made; not just regular tannenbaums but extra-long Redwood Christmas Trees.
As for me, see last week’s post, I’m still on that. I didn’t really do any Christmas knitting. I don’t feel that I’m expert enough to do Christmas knitting yet. And I don’t want to put pressure on myself 🙂
I think your various offerings throughout the year are the best way to go. Once you start the knitted gifting at Christmas it is hard to withdraw gracefully. Maybe getting deathly ill would get you out but that is definitely Not Graceful.

Actually, I did mail off some knitting I’d done earlier in the year, to people for Christmas…a white chenille scarf with pompoms, a pair of fingerless gloves, and a tweedy scarf that tucks into itself. Hope the recipients like!

I remember those projects and am sure they will be well received!
